Returns Policy for Faulty Products (Nasal Strips, Mouth Tape, Masks, Teaware) 

At Slumber Society, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you receive a product that is faulty or defective, we will gladly accept a return and provide you with a replacement.

To initiate a return for a faulty product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@slumbersociety.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide a detailed description of the fault or defect, including any supporting documentation or images.
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the faulty product.
  4. Once we receive the faulty product, we will inspect it and process your replacement or refund within 14 days.

Please note the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
  • The fault or defect must not have been caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
  • The product must have been purchased directly from Slumber Society or an authorised retailer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.

 

Returns Policy for Tea, Coffee & Essential Oils Products

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and labels attached.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@slumbersociety.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide a reason for the refund request or exchange of product. Please include photos of the product showing the product has not been used, damaged or opened and that the product is in its original packaging. 
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
  4. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process your replacement or refund within 14 days.
