How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders placed before 10:00 AM AEST on business days are typically processed and dispatched the same day however some orders may be shipped within 48 hours due to unforeseen circumstances, including public holidays and peak seasons which substantially increase order volumes. You will receive an Australia Post Shipping notification as soon as your order has been shipped. We recommend downloading the Australia Post App to track your orders.

We use Australia Post for our delivery service. We recommend downloading the Australia Post App to track your orders. 


How can I track my order?

The best way to track and manage your order is with the Australia Post App. Simply download the app and log in with the same email address you used with your online purchase and your orders will be automatically added to your app for tracking. You will also receive updates about your delivery and be able to add delivery preferences.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. Please see the estimated delivery time frames below:

  • Metro Areas (East Coast Capitals): 1-5 business days
  • Other Metropolitan Areas: 3-7 business days
  • Regional & Remote Areas: 8-11 business days

Can I change my delivery address?

You can redirect your delivery through Australia Post after receiving the dispatch notice with tracking details. Unfortunately, our automated system prevents us from amending delivery details once an order is placed.
