1 Tsp (2-3g) per cup - Water temperature 95-100°C / 205-212°F. Place tea into an infuser. Warm your cup with a swirl of hot water and then discard. Pour hot water into the cup and then place your infuser with your tea inside into the hot water. Enjoy with or without milk.
