Loose Leaf:
1 Tsp (2-3g) per cup - Water temperature 95-100°C / 205-212°F. Place tea into an infuser. Do not pour boiling water directly onto the tea, this can scorch delicate herbal teas. First warm the cup with a swirl of boiling water and discard. Pour hot water water into the cup and then place your infuser with your tea inside into the hot water.
Steeping time 3-5min depending on taste.
Tea Bag:
1 Tea Bag per cup - Water temperature 95-100°C / 205-212°F. Warm your cup by putting some hot water in first then discard. Do not pour boiling water directly onto your tea bag as this can scorch delicate herbal teas.
