Here's how the 100 Night Guarantee works:
- Be sure of your comfort level before purchase: Take the time to fully understand your desired comfort level. We generally ask customers to find out what they had been sleeping on previously that gave them the required level of comfort and support or, in particular what was not working with their previous mattress. Everyone is different so if you and your partner are vastly different weights, then you will need to ensure you find a mattress that will suit you both. Take all this into account prior to purchasing your mattress.
- Sleep & Adjust: You must first experience your new Slumberverse mattress for at least 30 nights to allow for proper adjustment to the mattress. Changing a mattress after years of sleeping on the same one will have an effect on the body, so give your body time to enjoy your premium mattress and adjust. We very rarely hear from people after 30 nights as their body has adjusted to their new mattress.
- Fine-Tune Your Comfort: If you're not completely satisfied after the first 30 nights, we'll happily adjust the firmness of your mattress to your liking, contact us so we can discuss a firmness adjustment to meet your requirements and arrange logistics.
- Rest Assured: Still not quite right? After a further 30 night adjustment phase and before 100 nights with the adjusted firmness, if you are still not happy with your mattress, we'll provide a refund (minus all delivery costs). Once the mattress has been inspected back at the factory we will issue a refund on the balance after all delivery charges.
10 Year Warranty:
- Sleep soundly knowing your Slumberverse mattress is backed by a 10-year warranty for any defects arising from the manufacturing process. This does not include wear and tear or any damage resulting from lack of care of the mattress.
- Should you have a claim on a mattress the mattress will be inspected by the our manufacturer and a determination will be made based off of the results of an inspection.
- We're confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our Australian-made mattresses, and we're here to support your sleep for years to come.

If you are a couple of vastly different sizes and weights we suggest finding a mattress that will support both of you. All our mattresses are made with premium materials that offer the right amount of support, so choosing the right firmness in the beginning is paramount.

- If you're a heavier individual, our firm mattresses are designed to provide the necessary support to keep your body aligned. This prevents excessive sinking and ensures a comfortable, restful sleep.
Medium (Approx. 5-6 on the Firmness Guide): Balanced Comfort and Support.
- For most sleepers, a medium-firm mattress offers the perfect balance of support and comfort. If you're of average weight and unsure of your preference, our medium firmness is an excellent starting point.
Plush (Approx. 3-4 on the Firmness Guide): Maximum Contouring.
- If you're a lighter individual, our plush mattresses offer gentle contouring and pressure relief. This helps to avoid shoulder and hip pain, providing a comfortable and supportive sleep surface. Remember our plush is designed for maximum contouring and can be a bit too plush for some individuals. If you are unsure then we recommend a medium firmness.

Premium Delivery To Your Bedroom
INCLUDES OPTION TO REMOVE OLD MATTRESS
- Enjoy a premium delivery experience from Slumber Society.
- Once your mattress is manufactured, delivery is arranged with you for a preferred timeslot and ongoing communication is provided.
- Your mattress arrives unrolled or rolled depending on your preference and access to the property or bedroom.
- All the heavy lifting is done for you and your new mattress and base are placed in your bedroom.
- If you choose a Rolled mattress for easier access, this is carried to your bedroom. The unrolling is then done by the purchaser not the delivery team.
- Simple Bases are unpacked and legs are screwed onto the base.
- The premium service is perfect for those who simply cannot carry an open mattress. Mattresses can weigh between 40-70kg.
- We can remove your old mattress for an extra fee for hassle-free disposal.
- Premium delivery and old mattress removal is available in metro areas and surrounding postcodes only. Check your postcode to see if you qualify for Premium Mattress Delivery.
Please note: Due to the specialised logistics and transport methods required for this premium service, delivery may take an additional 5-10 business days on top of the 7-day manufacturing time depending on which city you reside in. It is worth the wait!
Unrolled vs Rolled Mattress Delivery
ALL OUR MATTRESSES CAN BE ROLLED OR UNROLLED AS A PREFERENCE
- Your mattress is MADE TO ORDER! So you have a choice to either keep your mattress unrolled, or have it rolled for shipping.
- Your Australian made mattress has been engineered with premium materials, allowing it to be carefully compressed and rolled for compact and efficient shipping.
- It is rolled right here in our Australian factory right after the manufacturing process is complete.
- Whilst there is a settling period for a rolled mattress to fully expand once unboxed, rolling your mattress will have no impact on the quality or integrity of the mattress in the long term thanks it its perfect design.
Benefits of a Rolled Mattress:
- Reduces environmental impact with smaller packaging and a lighter transport footprint.
- Easier access into properties with access constraints - stairs, small elevators and narrow hallways.
- The Rolled Mattress box has wheels on it so should you have to unroll the mattress on your own it is easier to manoeuvre the mattress.
Unrolled Mattress: If you are eligible for premium shipping and have no access constraints, then simply have your mattress shipped unrolled.
Both delivery options provide the same exceptional Slumberverse quality and sleep experience. The choice is yours!
Care Instructions: Use a Mattress Protector to protect your mattress from stains. For optimal performance, turn and rotate your mattress monthly. Occasional airing is beneficial. Do not wash or wet fillings. Spot cleaning with dry powder is recommended. For unusual stains, seek professional advice.
